A-List Realty Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
A-List Realty (hereinafter referred to as “A-List Realty” or “the website”) provides access to its website and services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) subject to the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the Services.

The Services and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the services are provided by a-list realty on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. A-List Realty makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the services or the information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the services, unless otherwise specified in writing. You expressly agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To The Fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A-List Realty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if a-list realty has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (I) The use or the inability to use the services; (II) The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the services; (III) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (IV) Statements or conduct of any third party on the services; or (V) Any other matter relating to the services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A-List Realty and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim or demand (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
12. Termination
A-List Realty reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason.
13. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and A-List Realty with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and A-List Realty with respect to the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of A-List Realty to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
